Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) has secured a ₹1,662.27 crore contract from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR) Phase IV. The Aakshya-HCC Joint Venture, with HCC holding 49%, will execute the project.

Phase I includes a 1,330-m flyover, 3,200-m at-grade road, and 2,620-m free-left movements. Phase II features a cloverleaf interchange, 2,400-m cloverleaf loop, 3,600-m free-left bypasses, and a 180-m cable-stayed span with 270-m ramps.

The project aims to boost east-west connectivity in Mumbai, easing traffic congestion. HCC said the order strengthens its expertise in complex urban infrastructure projects.
