Delhi has introduced its first barrier-less toll plaza on the Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) corridor at Mundka-Bakkarwala. Launched by Nitin Gadkari, the new Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) toll system allows vehicles to pass through toll points without stopping, reducing traffic congestion and improving highway travel efficiency.
The new MLFF toll plaza in Delhi will reduce waiting time, fuel wastage and long queues at traditional toll booths. Motorists should maintain sufficient FASTag balance, keep their FASTag active and ensure their vehicles have a High Security Registration Plate (HSRP) to avoid penalties or double toll charges for delayed payments.
