Valeo Launches New ADAS Camera Production Line in Gujarat Plant

Wmremove Transformed 3 — Valeo Launches New ADAS Camera Production Line in Gujarat Plant

Valeo has launched a new high-definition Surround-View Camera production line at its Sanand facility in Gujarat to accelerate the localization of advanced vision systems for the Indian market.

Inaugurated by BRAIN Division CEO Marc Vrecko on April 3, 2026, the line will produce next-generation Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Advanced Rider Assistance Systems (ARAS) components designed to enhance road safety and support autonomous driving technologies.

This expansion positions the Sanand site as a multi-technology hub for digital cockpits and telematics, with hardware manufacturing in Gujarat supported by software development at Valeo’s R&D center in Chennai. As a key pillar of the company’s ‘Elevate 2028’ strategy, this investment reinforces Valeo’s commitment to providing world-class, locally manufactured safety solutions for major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in India.
