Lutz Bertling has taken over as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Berlin-based Bombardier Transportation. Bertling was earlier President and COO of Eurocopter Group, a subsidiary of EADS. He had also held several key positions at Adtranz and Daimler Chrysler Rail Systems GmbH.
