Vertex Plastic’s Light Barrier is manufactured from high-durability virgin, premium grade, uv stabilised polyethylene with anti-static properties. The barrier is fixed into the ground either by the grouting method or fixed to the median. It has a provision for fixing retro-reflective film in an embossed position which enhances visibility during the night and prevents vandalism. These barriers are fitted at a suitable angle on the road median so that light beams from the oncoming vehicles are blocked, thus providing the driver a clear vision of the street. They are also used to segregate opposing streams of traffic and to discourage unwise choices of crossing by pedestrians.
