Services offered include toll collection, traffic and safety management, intervention on accidents, customer relationship management / service to the clients, asset management (highway & equipment maintenance) and value engineering (optimised organisation and planning of heavy repairs). Egis Infra Management can assist its clients to prepare all pre-COD activities, select toll vendors and perform due diligence checks. Its deliverables are ruled by best practices in the field of O&M, backed by the support of Egis Road Operation (France) and its 25 operating companies worldwide. The O&M contracts are based on performance, and the contracts provide a fixed fee as well as bonus and penalty regimes in line with the requirement of the SPV. Performances are regularly reviewed to ensure an optimum level of toll operations, traffic management and maintenance.
