The Mumbai–Ahmedabad Bullet Train project will have rolling stock depots at Sabarmati, Surat, and Thane. The 27-hectare Surat depot will handle train commissioning, inspection, maintenance, washing, stabling, repairs, and wheel re-profiling. With provisions for future expansion, it will support safe, reliable, and efficient operations of India’s first
