DA 1008 manufactured by Dark Eye is made of ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic which makes it lightweight but quite tough. The styrene gives the DA 1008 a shiny, impermeable surface, while the butadiene provides resilience even at low temperatures. The DA 1008 has four highly reflective reflectors moulded from PMMA (Polymethyl methacrylate) that are welded onto it through an ultrasonic welding process. As a result, the reflector’s inner area is not affected by dust and water, and retains its reflectivity for a long time. The product is useful for security check posts, parking areas, loading sites and other places where it is required to reduce the speed of vehicles. It is available in yellow and black colours, with dimensions of 500mm (L) x 375mm (W) x 50mm (H).
