Package II has been awarded to VRC Constructions (India) Limited for the 30 km Bilipada–Gobindpur stretch, which includes service roads, three interchanges, 11 minor bridges, 90 culverts, a wayside amenity and several underpasses.

Package III has been awarded to HG Infra Engineering Limited for the 40 km stretch from Gobindpur to Tangi near Bandola Toll Plaza, including service roads, one interchange, 23 minor bridges, 69 culverts and wayside amenities.
