Road safety programme by IRTE & GoodYear India

In a bid to promote safe driving in India, tyre major Goodyear, in association with the Institute of Road Traffic Education (IRTE), had initiated a unique road safety programme, ‘Safer Roads, Safer You.’

The focus of this initiative was to train 2,400 drivers in Delhi-NCR and Mumbai till March. The participating drivers were also given an incentive of `500 along with a complimentary accidental death insurance policy of `2 lakh, and a certificate on successful completion of the workshop.
