National Highways Authority of India is constructing highway nests at toll plazas for a safe and comfortable journey for passengers. These nests will have kiosks for selling dry snacks, tea and coffee vending machines and water ATMs.
NHAI has directed that the construction and operation of highway nests be awarded to state government-managed co-operative societies.
