The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has announced that the Electronic Toll Collection plazas which will be set up across the country will be solar powered. Architects, professionals and qualified engineers have been asked to submit designs for these plazas. The Ministry has announced a prize of र10 lakh for the best design entry followed by र7 lakh and र5 lakh for entries qualifying for second and third places respectively.
