Goa state Directorate of Transport will soon have Citizen Service Centres (CSC) at all its road transport offices (RTOs).
The centres will be equipped to provide a single-window delivery mechanism for various government services. With email and SMS-based status notification at every stage, the system will also be integrated with digi-locker, Aadhaar and a payment gateway.
