In a recent advisory, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways directed transport departments against prosecuting motorists using the documents that have expired since February last year. The Ministry has extended until September 30, the validity of driving licenses, vehicle registration s certificates and different other permits considering the lockdown and other restrictions. However, the Pollution under Control certificates have not been granted an extension.
