Delta Displays, part of the Delta Group with international experience in providing large screens for traffic management systems, has built a display solution for the Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS) at the Yamuna Expressway which connects Delhi and Agra. The ITMS is a single interface system provided by EFKON which consists of different sub-systems such as emergency call boxes, variable message signs, surveillance cameras and video incident detection systems. The LCD Video wall and controllers of the display solution will enable the ITMS to capture all activity on the expressway. Delta’s 46” Super Narrow Bezel LCD Video wall with high brightness and wide viewing angle, made from industrial grade panels, will be used for the project. The technology and displays would provide the engineers a snapshot view, enabling them to go into details and make better decisions and rapid response in case of accidents or other emergencies.
