Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has appointed Anoop Kumar Gupta as Director (Electrical). Prior to this, Gupta was working as Chief General Manager of Delhi Metro. He headed the electrical maintenance wing of the company for the last six years and also served as chief of the Disaster Management Team of the company. Gupta is an electrical engineer from IIT Roorkee and a graduate of the IRSEE (Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers.
