NMRC introduces feeder buses in Noida, Greater Noida

Aiming to increase ridership and provide last mile connectivity, the Noida Metro Rail Corporation has introduced 16 new routes for its feeder bus service to cater to all the operational metro stations on the Aqua Line in Noida and Greater Noida. 50 feeder buses will be plying on these new routes that will replace 13 old operational routes.

The NMRC had started its city bus service operations with 20 air-conditioned, differently-abled friendly CNG buses under the Phase-I of the project. With the addition of more buses later and the city bus service will operate with 50 buses. The mega-project aims to run a total of 372 buses in the city.

NMRC will cover Greater Noida city with three routes– Sharda University to Pari Chowk Metro station, Greater Noida’s Metro Depot station to Kasna and Dadri Railway Station to Gautam Buddha University via Kasna. Three other routes will connect Noida and Greater Noida directly.
