Boston in the US has installed two new traffic management systems – Smart Parking Sensors and Time to Destination Signs ? in Innovation District to better manage traffic. The smart parking sensors inform drivers about the available parking spaces on the street while Time-to-Destination Signs guide them to the quickest route to take out of the Innovation District to the highway system during the evening peak hours. Innovation District is the fastest growing area in Boston.
