Human waste powers car in UK

A modified Volkswagen Beetle car, called the Bio-Bug, runs on methane gas extracted from human waste in the UK. The breakthrough is achieved by GENeco, a subsidiary of Wessex Water, a water supply and sewerage utility company in Somerset, UK, writes Rajmohan Kurup.
